What's Included


Spring is the quintessential time for creating, cleansing, growth, and renewal.  It is the time of year to remember discipline, clean house, plant new seeds, and start anew.


Summer is the time when energies are at their peak.  It is a time for expansion, light, celebration and a time to realize all we have been cultivating throughout the spring.

Late Summer

Late summer is all about maturation and transformation.  This a powerful time to fully ripen and transform, using the last of summer’s bountiful energy.


Fall governs organization, setting limits, protecting boundaries, and letting go. In the fall we move from the external, expansive nature of summer to the internal, contractive nature of autumn.


Winter  is all about storage, rest and restoration.  It’s a time to relax deeply, embrace silence and be still.  This is a time for deep introspection, a time to turn inward and allow stillness to settle within.
