Helping people understand what their bodies have been trying to communicate all along.
& The Sequence is the Method

Doctor Courtney Jonson
After more than two decades helping people navigate chronic health challenges, I've come to a simple conclusion:The body is rarely random.Symptoms such as fatigue, weight gain, brain fog, digestive issues, hormonal changes, and autoimmune conditions are often intelligent responses to the conditions the body has been living in.
That observation became the foundation of my work.Today, I help people understand what their bodies have been trying to communicate all along—using systems medicine, functional blood chemistry analysis, and strategic diet and lifestyle interventions to make those patterns visible and actionable.
The Systems Medicine Approach

Blood chemistry, symptoms, history, stress patterns, digestion, hormones, sleep, energy and inflammation all tell the same story. My role is to help make that story visible.
The Systems Approach to look beneath the surface of symptoms and identify the root imbalances driving dysfunction. Rather than chasing diagnoses or suppressing symptoms, we address the interconnected systems of the body—metabolic, immune, digestive, hormonal, and neurological—to restore alignment and resilience.
True healing happens when we treat the system, not just the symptom. True healing is never about overpowering the body. It’s about creating the right conditions for it to do what it’s designed to do.

Mission
Chronic disease didn't appear overnight. The modern world changed faster than our biology could comfortably adapt.Processed foods.Industrialized fats.Chronic stress.Sleep disruption.Environmental toxins.Sedentary living. For many people, these conditions have created a perfect storm. The symptoms are real. But they are rarely random. They are clues.
It’s about reclaiming our vitality, clarity, and connection. When we free ourselves from the burden of environmental and lifestyle stressors, we align with innate self-regulating homeostasis. True healing isn’t just the absence of disease; it’s the ability to fully live the human experience that is our birthright.
